What Is a Destiny Number?

Determine Your Number

Determining your destiny number is actually very easy. First, write down the numbers 1 through 9 and then write a letter of the alphabet underneath each number, beginning with the letter A underneath the number 1. Write the numbers 1 through 9 again and continue writing the alphabet underneath it. When you are finished, you will have 3 rows of numbers and the letter Z will be underneath the number 8 in the third row. Now, take the letters of your name and add them together. Do your first name, then your middle name and finally, your last name. For each name, take your original total and then break it down by replacing an addition sign in between each number. This will give you your number for that name. After you have a single number for each name, add them together. This is your destiny number.

For example, if your name is Linda, you will find the numbers that correspond to each letter in that name. In this case, the numbers are 3 for the letter L, 9 for the letter I, 5 for the letter N, 4 for the letter D and 1 for the letter A. This gives you a total of 22. Now break those numbers apart by writing it as 2 + 2. Your total number for that particular name is 4. You will do the same thing for your middle name and your last name and then add all three numbers together.

1- Natural Leader: This person is extroverted, driven, intelligent, creative, enthusiastic and independent. On the flip side, such an individual doesn’t always listen well and may even express selfish tendencies.

2- Giver: This individual is spiritual, passionate, works well with others and often works as a counselor or something similar. Disadvantages involving judging one’s self too harshly.

3- Free Spirit: The free-spirit is sensitive, optimistic and communicates well with other individuals. Such a person might become an entertainer. However, they don’t always manage money well so this has to be something they look out for.

4- Practical: The practical person is organized, strong-willed and dependable. They might do well in management or in entrepreneurial endeavors. Disadvantages involve being close-minded and brutally honest.

5- Motivated: A motivated person is adventurous, has many talents and is extroverted. They thrive on work that is challenging and may choose something in the political or legal field, or perhaps sales. On the other hand, they are not typically interested in romance and they get bored easily. When this type of person gets bored, they may lose all interest to the point of refusing to continue with the project that no longer interests them.

6- Responsible: This individual is often loyal to a fault. They are also conservative and generous and they usually have many friends. Individuals who have this destiny number might want to work in a job that allows them to serve others. Sometimes they choose domestic work. Unfortunately, they also get overwhelmed rather easily.

7- Decisive: A decisive individual is sincere, intelligent, introverted and spiritual. However, they might also be pessimistic and in many cases, they will argue with others even when they know that the other person is right. Typically, these individuals prefer to work in some type of job that requires a great deal of thought.

8- Goal oriented: This individual is a good leader, is honest and direct, as well as reliable and organized. Unfortunately, they can often be too direct, which makes them seem more like they’re trying to boss other people around. They’re also distant, often focusing on the goal ahead as opposed to connecting emotionally with other individuals.

9- Caring: A person who has this destiny number is creative, sensitive and compassionate. They live to help others.
