Chakra Healing And Chakra Balancing

Chakras are subtle energy centers within the physical body structure that have been perceived by yogis and clairvoyants since ancient history.

We have 7 main chakras that spread along our bodies, from our tail bone all the way to the top of the head, and each chakra has a unique frequency or energy signature that corresponds to a level of our awareness and emotional state of being. When these energy spinning wheels or chakras are rotating harmoniously we will experience a state of optimum physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

However chakras can become blocked and put out of sync resulting in a state of dis-ease, mis-perception and mis-interpretation of reality.

How Are Blockages in the Chakras Created?

Before we can discuss the major and most common chakra blockages and how they affect us, we must understand how we create these energetic blockages in the first place. It all begins with what is known as an analogical state of mind, this is when we are so involved in an experience (often painful, traumatic or emotionally intense) that we lose track of time. During an analogical state we are so immersed with what is going at the moment that we are in “no time”. Whatever our emotional state is, we become engulfed by that emotion and we enter a state of unconsciousness were we can create quantum potentials. During an analogical state we can fragment a part of our soul, which then becomes a past identity of ourselves that resonates and embodies the attitude, belief, concept, paradigm and emotional state that we experienced during the analogical state of mind.

Let’s say for example that a woman comes home only to find her husband with another woman. In that moment she enters an analogical state of mind, nothing else can come to her awareness, only the painful event she is witnessing. In that moment whatever thought she has, i.e. “He betrayed me”, “I will never open my heart again” or “I can’t trust men” just to name a few, the moment she identifies with that thought she will create an Id. (identity). Because she is in an analogical state of mind and experiencing such an intense emotion of betrayal and pain she will create a soul fragment. And the thought she identified with will determine in which chakra this soul fragment will allocate on.

Our heart chakra resonates or holds issues related to giving and receiving love, trust, hatred, grudges, betrayal and resentment. Therefor the soul fragment and identity (Id.) she created will be found on her heart chakra, creating a blockage. Since this soul fragment was created in “no time”, it will stay with her as a voice that is constantly saying in her subconscious mind “I can’t trust men”. This past event will then be projected onto her present reality, causing her to re-act based on the past event and attract people, places, times, things and events that resonate with the frequency of that chakra blockage.

What Are the Most Common Chakra Blockages?

Let’s go chakra by chakra:

1) The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and holds issues related to fears, survival and sex. This chakra is also related to your physical body and subconscious mind.

2) The sacral chakra is located in the lower intestines area and holds issues related to pain, suffering, victimization and abundance. This chakra is also related to your emotional pain body.

3) The third chakra is located on your solar plexus and this chakra holds issues related to power, control, self-esteem and self-confidence. This chakra is also related to your rational mind.

4) The fourth chakra is located on your heart and holds issues related to love, trust, hatred, betrayal, abandonment, grudges and resentment. This chakra is also related to your astral body.

5) The fifth chakra is located on your throat and holds issues related to speaking your own truth, using the word for deception or manipulation.

6) The sixth chakra or the third eye chakra is located on your pineal gland and holds issues related to perception of reality.

7) The seventh chakra or crown chakra is located on the top of your head and holds issues related to our connection to the Divine or God.

Imagine the following scenario where someone will go analogical and create soul fragments on multiple chakras:

A man is driving a car at very fast speeds, loses control and is about to impact another car. In that moment he goes analogical with the thought “Oh my God, I am going to die!” (fear of survival). A heavy impact occurs and the person is lacerated and bleeding, in that moment he goes analogical again with the thought “The pain is unbearable!” (suffering). He is rushed to the hospital and is placed on anesthesia. When he wakes up, he is still in pain and he finds out that two people are seriously injured from the accident and in that moment he goes analogical with the thoughts “I am so stupid!” (self-esteem), “I don’t deserve to live” and “I hate myself” (heart). Later on he finds out that he must pay for all the medical bills and auto damages, he goes analogical with the thought “I have no money!” (abundance). He is now in what seems to be an endless state of chaos and emotional re-actions, he goes analogical again with the thoughts “Why has this happened to me?” (victimization) and “God why do you punish me like this?” (blockage with the divine).

Balancing Your Chakras

We all have gone through traumatic, stressful and painful events throughout our lives leading us to go into unconscious analogical states of mind and to create soul fragments (chakra blockages). It is extremely important to clear and balance our chakras so that we can close the chapter and stop projecting our past onto our present reality. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, the source of all dis-eases begin at our energetic level of awareness. Ultimately, blockages in our chakras will affect and lower our frequency thus resulting in the attraction of negative people, places, times, things and events. By balancing your chakras you can raise your frequency and manifest a reality that is in line with your Higher Self.

Qi Gong

“Life Energy Cultivation” or Qigong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation that has been practiced for thousands of years. Qigong is essentially practiced to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as “intrinsic life energy”. When our chakras are blocked our qi is blocked as well and the life force energy currents that flow through out mind, body and spirit can become obstructed.

Combining rhytmic breathing, fluid and coordinated movements, mindfulness and the active visualization of harmoniously moving qi throughout the body, Qigong can help you heal and balance your chakras. Other benefits of Qigong include:

1) Reverse the aging process,

2) Increased energy and vitality,

3) Develop your full potential

4) Gain access to higher realms of awareness

5) Awaken your true nature
