Are You A Heyoka? The Most Powerful Type Of Empath

The ability to understand another person’s emotional state of mind and to be involved in their pains and emotional upheaval is called being an empath.

This ability is a quality which exists in varying degrees and levels. Since it works on multi-levels, it is important to note how the concept of an empath and Heyoka differ. —

Heyoka is a type of empath, basically. For a Heyoka empath even though there is always scarce information, but they are the most powerful types. Also, it’s called the “sacred clown” which is a Native American term to be loosely translated into “fool”. The meaning is lost in translation but it means that the empath acts opposite of normal and mostly deviant.

The great mirror is what defines the spirit of a Heyoka. A Heyoka produces a mirror effect on the person they interact with. They usually depict you the exact place at which evolution is required, spiritually. Their mirror is that of emotion and however you react to them emotionally is their guidance to reflect back to you.

A simple example could be your feeling them to be arrogant but the idea is that your need to be humble or that if you feel great love, the mirror shows you the path of self-love. The traits of a Heyoka is defined by the energy you carry. The way you interact with reality and the way you process emotions is how a Heyoka would seem to you.

Some of the traits may include being dyslexic, being born breach (coming into the world backwards), doing certain things backwards or appearing younger than their age. Heyoka is an experience of emotional transformation.

Also, a Heyoka recognizes another Heyoka easily. They deeply understand their sensitivities and emotions with which they interact.

In native American ceremonies, the Heyoka is the one who disturbs the normative proceedings in order to make people think differently about normative ideas and sometimes to shift the energies.

The modern day workings of the Heyokas function in a way where they create shifts in energy levels, heal people around and balance the energy. Heyokas bring back people into stable equilibrium by making them follow the ‘backward way’. They carry the medicine of chaos and this medicine has the power to change people’s lives.

This energy is forthcoming and strong and is like a disruption out of love.

Since it is difficult to be humble in a world of ego, ask yourself whether you will take the courage to look into the mirror, to befriend/date/interact with Heyokas.
