I’m drawn to the authenticity and rawness of his message and candid photo. No glitz, no glam, just a slight glimmer of ‘ there’s gotta be more’ in his eyes. In my opinion, Keanu is alluding to the deep disconnection we have with each other which is symptomatic of our modern age; it’s almost like we’re scared to talk to one another. As he points out, even something as simple as saying ‘hello’ to a stranger on the street can have a major impact.
That brief connection leaves both parties with a good feeling, and that positivity ripples outwards everywhere they go. It’s such a small gesture, but it leaves such a huge mark. Be that person for someone.
Your goal in life is not to be happy, but to EXPERIENCE as much as you can. It’s within those experiences that you’ll find happiness.We don’t have to get older and experience massive ups and downs in life. We need to conclude that the moment passes with every second and we pass that moment by wishing in front and thinking in the back.
